talented chefs will take centre stage, crafting a special Chef’s Table
menu that showcases their culinary expertise and passion. With a
personal touch, our chefs will present a carefully curated four-course menu,
with optional matching wines from our in-house sommelier.

Local winemaker series

We are excited to announce the return of our Wine Night dinner,
this time in partnership with Pt. Leo Estate. Join us on September
12th for an evening with Amy Oliver from Pt. Leo Estate and
enjoy a specially curated three-course menu with paired wines.

Amy will showcase the site’s expressive wines, grown in
the pristine Pt. Leo Estate vineyard. Over the course of the evening,
Amy will pour her perennial favourite wines, which have been
crafted with care and dedication.

Dim Sum experience. Each seating is set for
one hour and 45 minutes, providing sufficient time
