Our highly anticipated chef series is hosting its third
sell-out event, “Friends of George”. Prepare to embark
on a culinary journey as we bring together some of Australia’s
finest chefs alongside our Culinary Director, George Calombaris.
Secure your booking for May 26th, when the exceptional
trio of Gary Mehigan, Matt Preston, and Kirsten Tibballs
converge for a truly special cause. Together, they will present
their signature dishes over an eight-dish sharing menu.
Our great friend Eddie McGuire will be hosting the lunch.
The festivities will kick off poolside at 12 p.m with welcome
drinks and entertainment, followed by a transition indoors
to our Dining Room for seating by 1 p.m.
Tickets are on sale for $250 per person, and a portion
of each ticket will be donated to Bowel Cancer Australia
in memory of George’s father, Jim.

Every Thursday night, enjoy unlimited handmade,

Please note that all guests at the table must partake in the
Bottomless Dumplings experience. Each seating is set for
one hour and 45 minutes, providing sufficient time for everyone
to indulge in the unlimited dumplings, exclusively available on Thursdays.
