Hotel Sorrento is excited to present the Rooftop Yoga series in partnership with Yoga 213.

 

You can expect epic views of Port Phillip Bay, the smell of the fresh salt air and the sun on your face as we flow through a dynamic yoga practice. You will be led through a creative series of postures that balance strength and flexibility; maintaining focus on alignment and awareness of the breath.

 

The sessions will run every Saturday and Sunday morning from December 28 – January 26. Enjoy Hip Hop Yoga + Chill Yoga down the coast with some of your favourite Yoga 213 teachers. We’re so excited to flow, move and groove with you in the summer sunshine! After yoga, sit back and relax with a coffee on the lawn or head to the Restaurant for breakfast. All levels are welcome and various class passes are available. Yoga mats are provided.
